All the important figures of this province attended. Well, of course the security over there was rather strict. Not only policemen joined the anniversary but also the army went to watch it too. Two main roads around were blocked. My bus 204 couldn't get around to pick me up. I was waiting for that bus with some other passengers for a long time without any notice from the local government. Maybe they are too busy with arranging their bosses and don't have time to just put a sign at the bus stop.
