The guy followed me all my way to Pakistan embassy but I did not realize anything. When I came out he stopped me, asked me questions, deleted the picture.
I am still thinking why the States is afraid of everything. Well, there is a Chinese saying, "If someone never does anything bad, he is never afraid of anything."
