No Free Meal Any More

This morning I went to Nepal Consulate in Lhasa to apply for my Nepalese visa. It costs me 280RMB(40US$) and 3days.

However, before July 16th, 08 for China nationality Nepal visa was free. And we could apply it in the morning and get it in the afternoon.

Nowadays, the Nepal stops offering Chinese people free lunch. Someone told me it is because that the Nepal government changed and the Nepalese Communist Party lost their authority.

After the visa I visited Norborlinka where the previous Dalai Lamas lived.
