From Lanzhou to Xining

I was walking by the Yellow River with friends in Lanzhou yesterday while today I just finish my Tibetan dinner with my friends in Xining.
All this way I sense that people in the west north China are so helpful. They are always willing to help me.
I wanna list the local food that I had these 2d. Last night friend brought me to have Yangzasui which includes most of parts of sheep. This morning I had Lanzhou Beef Noodle. For lunch a hot chick bought me Zajiang Mian, which is almost like a strong sauce beef noodle without soup. And just now I went to a Tibetan restaurant to have Tibetan food.
